We depend on financial sponsorships; donations and contributions from the general public to fill each tote bag and for the costs associated with their distribution. We are always looking for donations of unopened travel sized toiletries like the ones you get at hotels. You may mail these to us at anytime.

Host a Fundraiser
Hosting an event to raise funds for our organization can be both fun and beneficial to your community. It will bring a much needed awareness of this injury to the general public and very possibly save lives. Hosting an event like a Bake Sale, Garage Sale, Carwash, Golf Tournament or Bingo Night are great ways to raise money for a this very worthwhile cause. Connect with other organizations that may like to help us with fundraising events like the Kiwanis Club, Junior League or Moose Lodge. Mothers Against Brain Injury is always seeking invitations to apply for grants that will allow us to provide our tote bags to every family experiencing this injury. We believe that reaching out to families and their entire circles of support through our tote bag program is an effective method of communicating the message of injury prevention to all age groups and backgrounds. Below is a list of current grants we have been awarded and the dollar amounts.

The following organizations provide us with comfort, toiletry or snack items, printed materials or services in lieu of financial sponsorship. We sincerely thank them for their continuing support of our program by providing us with these valuable items.
Brooks presented us with a large donation of 2700 top quality fleece blankets with their gold embossed logo embroidered on each one. Each blanket comes with a beautifully designed wrap with a message of hope and comfort for families experiencing Traumatic Brain Injury. They will be included in tote bags for selected Trauma Centers in the Central and Northeast areas of Florida.
FINR donates all of the “Understanding Brain Injury” booklets for our tote bags. These help families understand the nature of the injury, its consequences and the rehabilitation process.
We sincerely thank Teebop.com for their contribution of 240 Tussy deodorants for our tote bag program.
